Our innovative turning system GDA – 180 Quadruplex serves a gentle and accurate rotation of packs by 180 degrees. These systems are mainly applied in the beverage and food industry as well as in the logistics sector and have a high performance.

The GDA – 180 Quadruplex turns packs quiet and gentle on the packaging with an output of up to 5,000 units per hour. Different product sizes can transported short or long side leading.

The turning systemmoves above a conveyor and has four turning devices that are driven by a single servo motor.

In the functional sequence, a product located on a moving conveyor is gripped by a turning device, then gently turned by 180 ° in running direction and further transported in changed position. After the rotation a further turning device is already placed for the next execution and the process can be repeated.

An automatic adjustability enables an adaption on the various product heights. The adaption on the different product widths is made manually directly at the turning devices.
